Prof. Nii Sai Doku-Board Member

Professor Nii Sai is an educational and management consultant, an education and career advisor. He has worked with several universities and other educational institutions  in Ghana, the United Arab Emirates and United States where he have taught courses in English, entrepreneurship and innovation and life skills.


He is expertise in strategic planning, project coordination, program evaluation, and in developing and advising on strategies to improve educational outcomes. Prof.Nii Sai is interested working in the human development sector, especially in mentoring youth and bridging the gap in educational outcomes for people from different socio-economic backgrounds.


Professor Nii Sai is also interested in exploring hidden possibilities in the world of job creation by supporting experimental innovative and entrepreneurial ventures.

Prof. Nii Sai is the academic adviser,Consultant and a board member of Mankessim College of Health Sciences.

Professor hold Diploma in Theatre Arts (Drama in Education)from University of Ghana,  Accra, Ghana in 1982.

Nii Sai further his eduction at University of Missouri, Kansas City, USA in 1994, where he successful obtained MPA, Public Administration.

In 1997 he had his Ed.Spec. Educational Administration at University of Missouri, Kansas City, USA

Professor Nii Sai also hold  Ed.D. Higher Education Administration at University of Kansas, Lawrence, USA in 2007
